Delivery

TIME OF DELIVERY & TRANSPORT

Delivery of goods from Rhombus Design Studio is considered complete when the customer has received the goods. All orders are delivered via delivery companies and Correos España.

DELIVERY 

We ship to wherever you are, but for faster and easier delivery we suggest that you use a business address for delivery. The delivery guidelines below are approximations and not a guarantee of delivery within the stated time:

  • Spain: 7-10 working days
  • Europe: 10-14 working days
  • Rest of the world: 14-18 working days

Please note that when shipping to outside of Europe the order will have to go through the customs authority for clearance - this is not included in the approximate delivery time.

SHIPPING

All goods are sent from Barcelona, Spain and can be shipped worldwide. Freight charges will appear from the order confirmation before you pay. We carefully pack goods in protective boxes or tubes to secure that products will arrive in perfect condition. However, if the content is damaged upon receipt, please report this to us immediately or at the latest 2 days after receipt to hello@rhombus-shop.com

RISK OF GOODS

The risk of goods ordered in Rhombus’ webshop passes to the buyer when the right of cancellation expires 14 days after receipt of the goods. If the product is damaged or impaired once the buyer has received it, he/she retains his/her right of cancellation if the damage or impairment is not due to negligence or lack of care on his/her part. Remember to save the original product packaging as in the case of a complaint or damage the product must be returned in its original packaging.

COMPLAINTS

Rhombus Design Studio trades in accordance with the guidelines and laws established by the National Consumer Agency of Spain. Complaints can be made in accordance with the rules established by the Spanish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can make a complaint of defects and faults in the product, which has occurred within 24 months after the purchase. This does, however, not apply to defects, damages or wear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance or ordinary wear and tear. In connection with complaints, defects and faults or non-delivery of goods please contact Rhombus at hello@rhombus-shop.com.

If the complaints are entitled you will get a refund of your shipping costs with in fair limits. When you return the item please inform us about the problem as detailed as possible. Please make sure the item is delivered safe and sound and make sure to get a receipt for the shipping so we can refund the amount.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

Rhombus Design Studio offers a right of cancellation of 14 days valid from the day you receive the item.
If you want to withdraw from the sale you must notify Rhombus Design Studio of this not later than 14 days after the day on which you received the item. You are obliged to return the product in the same state and quantity as it was received. This applies also to the packaging and the information tags displayed on the product. You will bear the costs of returning the item.

Please note! A copy of the invoice must be enclosed together with the product.

We recommend that you send the goods as a parcel with a Track & Trace number as this guarantees that the goods will arrive at their destination. Rhombus Design Studio cannot be held liable for returns arriving at their destination. When we have received the goods, this will be recorded and the amount will be returned to you shortly.
